Dr. Nirmal Madhavan
Ph.D (Australia & Europe), Post Graduate (IIT), Certified Career Counselor and Analyst (ACCPH, UK and BCPA, India)
Dr. Nirmal Madhavan, a seasoned international researcher and passionate mentor, has guided over 1,000 students toward making the right choices in education and career globally. Through his initiative, the PhD PDF Scholarship and podcast sessions, he offers counseling and provides opportunities for students to connect with industry experts, professors, and scientific communities worldwide.
With a strong academic foundation, including a Ph.D. from Australia in collaboration with Tata Steel Netherlands and a masters degree from IIT, Dr. Madhavan brings unparalleled expertise and insight to career counseling. He has worked on prestigious projects with organizations such as Tata Steel Netherlands, the Indian Navy - Scorpene Class Submarine (Ministry of Defense), AirBus Aerospace- France and is currently a leading scientist in a European green research organization.
Dr. Madhavan’s mission is both deeply personal and professional:

Mr. Vishnu Asok, a seasoned academician and career coach, has guided over 500 students and professionals in making informed educational and career decisions across industries. With an M.Tech from IIT Madras, he has contributed to groundbreaking R&D projects in Automotive Engineering at Mahindra & Mahindra and led government-sponsored initiatives in the Defence sector, showcasing his commitment to innovation and excellence.
As a former Faculty at NIT Calicut, Mr. Asok mentored young engineers, equipping them with skills for thriving careers. His experience extends to the EdTech sector, where he brought high-quality IIT-JEE-level education to grassroots learners, reinforcing his belief in educations transformative power. Consulting roles in the UAE have further enriched his global perspective, enabling him to guide students from diverse backgrounds effectively.
